Full-Stack Software Engineer - Azure Customer Experience

We are looking for a motivated and talented Software engineer to join a dynamic Azure Customer Experience team.

We own the Customer Support Platform for Azure, which includes experiences for Azure Customers and Support professionals. We are on the journey of transforming Azure customers into Azure fans. Our top-level objectives include winning customer satisfaction by providing the help they need and reducing customer pain time. We enable other Azure product/service teams to build a best-in-class Diagnose and Solve experiences on top of our self-served extensible platform. We are looking for a collaborative and skilled engineer with a growth mindset who would love to work in an agile development team, embrace and solve new technology challenges. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will have ample opportunities for growth, to make a positive impact and obtain valuable experience across the spectrum of technologies, from UI to back-end. We measure our success in terms of Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for driving the service quality, instrumentation, reliability, and scalability metrics at every point in the development process. You will have an opportunity to impact the bottom line of our service stack directly. We use a variety of technologies in building our products such as: C#, Node.js, Azure, Service Fabric, Azure Kubernetes, JavaScript, AJAX, React, Web API etc.

Responsibilities
  • Building platform and experiences for Azure customers to empower them with best-in-class products and services.
  • Working with Azure Product/Service teams and customers to implement scalable self-serve solutions.
  • Ensure high quality, secure, scalable and performant code.
  • Support customers and livesite in a DevOps model.
Qualifications
  • A positive attitude and a passion for software development and quality.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years development experience
  • Experience writing software in one or more high level language including C++, C#, and/or
  • JavaScript/Typescript/React.
  • Strong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills.
  • Drive for execution and results, while delivering quality software for large scale projects.
  • BS or MS in computer science or related degree
